The other day I was walking to class and had to walk past a group of construction workers. Ahead of me were a few male students. I heard some of the workers make typical kissing and “come hither” noises but just ignored it. Then one of the (workers) motioned to me and made a really lewd comment. Without thinking about it, I stopped, stared at him and then made the most insane guttural hissing noise. It was so weird and loud sounding that the male students in front turned and stared at me. I was so embarrassed that I had done this that I ran ahead of everyone and spent the rest of day on campus worried some student would see me and recognize me as the girl who hissed like a cat. This was a week ago and I’ve thought about it a lot as well as discussed it with friends. I finally feel proud of myself that I did something (even something weird) and that I probably made a deep impression on the creepo that did that. I hope my weird ass primordial hiss haunted his fucking dreams.
